What we know about you, and what we don't
The short version: your account is an email address and the usage on it. We don't track you around the web, and we don't sell anything about you.

Two things: your email address, and how you use the service — which cards you convert, which models you call, and what each request cost. That's it. There is no name field, no phone number, no payment method, and no password to lose.
No third-party tracking
We run no third-party analytics, no ad pixels, and no marketing cookies. The only cookie we set is the first-party session cookie that keeps you signed in. Nothing about your visit is shared with an advertising network, because we don't use one.
Your conversations
What you send to a model is used to answer you, and for nothing else. We never train models on your conversations, and no one reads them unless you ask us to — for example, when you write to support about a specific message and want us to look.
Card codes
A card code you convert is stored encrypted, never in plain text, and never shown in your dashboard or any email. We keep it only until the card is fully drawn down, then purge it. The plaintext is read only to verify the card and confirm its balance — and, for a manual review, by the verification team — with every access logged. See Security for how that storage works.
How long we keep things
Card codes are purged once the card is drawn down. When you delete a conversation, its contents are removed shortly after — the accounting record of what you spent stays, but the message text does not. Your balance and receipts remain so the books reconcile.
We send transactional email only: the one-time sign-in link, conversion resolutions, and offer decisions. There is no marketing email, so there's no list to leave. If a message claims to be a newsletter or a promotion from us, it isn't.
